Children and teens deal with high amounts of stress as they grow up in a world that presents many challenges to their self-esteem. We provide them a safe place with support and a listening ear.
The pressures of life for a child, while very different from those of an adult, can still cause stress and result in serious behavioral issues. If you have noticed a difference in your child's attitude or behavior they may need an outlet to communicate about what is bothering them. Children may act out when they do not know how to deal with emotional stress. We can help redirect that energy.
Gentle Strength Counseling & Holistic Center provides an environment where children feel free to express themselves without fear.
